• Weekday Daytime Events (Monday – Thursday, Friday until 3:00)

  • $150 per hour, minimum 3 hours

  • Event End Time: 4:00 PM

• Weekday Night Events (Monday – Thursday)- Excluding Holidays

  • $200 per hour, minimum 3 hours

  • Start Earliest Time 5:oo PM - Event End Time: 10:00 PM

• Friday Evening  Events

  • $3500, 3 hours, (plus an hour for set up, and an hour for cleanup)

  • $500 per extra hour

  • Event Earliest Start Time 6:00 PM - Latest End Time: 11:00 PM

• Saturday Afternoon Events

  • $2500, 3 hours, (plus an hour for set up, and an hour for cleanup)

  • Earliest Start Time 11:00 a.m. and must End by 3:00 p.m. (4pm for total clean up)

  • $500 each additional hour for earlier start

• Saturday Evening Events- (Between 5:00pm to 11:00)

  • $5000, 3 hours, (plus an hour for set up, and an hour for cleanup)

  • $500 per extra hour

  • Event Earliest Start Time 5:00 PM - Latest End Time: 11:00 PM

  • $500 each additional hour

• Saturday Full Day Events

  • $7500 - 12 hours

  • Event Earliest Start Time 10:00 AM - Latest End Time: 11:00 PM

Sunday

• Sunday Afternoon Events and Family Football

  • $1000, 4 hours, (plus an hour for set up, and an hour for cleanup)

  • $300 per extra hour, must end by 4:00

  • Event Start Time early as 10:00 a.m. - Latest End Time: 4:00 PM, no later

• Sunday Evenings Events, 

  • $1500, 4 hours, (plus an hour for set up, and an hour for cleanup)

  • $500 per extra hour

  • Event Earliest Start Time: 5:00 PM

  • Event End Time: 10:00 PM- SC Law Noise Ordinance

  • $300 each additional hour

Holidays

• Holidays Afternoon Events- 

  • Includes: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, 

  • $2500, 3 hours, (plus an hour for set up, and an hour for cleanup)

  • Times must End by 3:00pm for an Event and 4pm for total clean up. 

  • $500 each additional hour

• Holiday Evening Events

  • Includes: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve

  • $6000, 3 hours, (plus an hour for set up, and an hour for cleanup)

  • $750 per extra hour

  • Event Earliest Start Time 6:00 PM - Latest End Time: 11:00 PM

  • End Time on New Years Eve, 12:30, one hour for clean up until 1:30am

• Other Holidays Afternoon Events- 

  • Includes:  New Years Day, MLK Day, Valentines Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter Sunday, Cinco de Mayo, Mother's Day, Memorial Day (May), Father's Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day (Sept), Halloween

  • $300 per hour, minimum 3 hours, (plus an hour for set up, and an hour for cleanup)

  • Times must End by 3:00pm for an Event and 4pm for total clean up. 

  • $500 each additional hour

• Other Holiday Evening Events

  • Includes: New Years Day, MLK Day, Valentines Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter Sunday, Cinco de Mayo, Mother's Day, Memorial Day (May), Father's Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day (Sept), Halloween

  • $750 per hour, minimum 3 hours, (plus an hour for set up, and an hour for cleanup)

  • $750 per extra hour, not starting before 4pm

  • Event Earliest Start Time 5:00 PM - Latest End Time: 11:00 PM

  • End Time on New Years Eve, 12:30, one hour for clean up until 1:30am

• 18 foot Bloom Fountain, your choice of color for the evening after sundown

• Additional guest: (includes additional tables, chairs, set-up, extra Port-o-Polys

Important Rental Details

• All Friday and Saturday events must conclude by 11:00 PM

• All weekday and Sunday events must conclude by 10:00 PM

• Setup and breakdown times will be scheduled in advance

• Additional rentals and upgrades available upon request

What is not included in your rental rate

• Table Linens

  • Five foot Wooden rounds (12 available)

  • Six foot rectangle Tables (6 available)

  • Thirty Inch- hightop cocktail tables (10 available)

• Decorations (no confetti, no "helium" balloons) Balloon arches are very welcome

• Catering (Caterer must be insured or reputable restaurant)

• We do not hold an alcohol license. Licensed Bartenders must be hired. (speak with Bloom for more info in regards to alcohol.

Venue Guidelines

To preserve the beauty and safety of Bloom at Dobys Pond, the following are not permitted:

• Glassware- all serving items must be non-glass

• Confetti, glitter, or loose décor

• Helium balloons

• Open flames, no candles, (Except for Firepit provided by Bloom)

• Items attached to structures or trees

• No nails

• Throw items (rice, petals, etc.)

• Unlicensed alcohol service (Please inquire for details)

• Fireworks (Not allowed ever)

• drones without approval and License Professional

• Feeding of ducks, chickens, or wildlife (including the blue heron), except with approved feed provided by Bloom

**preferred vendors

must be a qualified business and insured, documentation and qualifications will be required. Vendors must be presented 60 days before the event if we are not familiar with them as a caterer or Bartending service.

**ALCOHOL / Beer and Wine

Bloom at Dobys Pond permits outside alcohol for private events. All alcohol service must be provided by a licensed and insured bartending service in accordance with South Carolina laws. (Please inquire to discuss details)

Hosts are responsible for coordinating alcohol service with an approved vendor.
