Seasonal Pricing Structure
 
Rental Rates (50 to 75 Guest- option up to 150 Guest)
*Pricing Includes:

  • Waterfront Cocktail Hour / ceremony deck with Arbor

  • 50 x 30 Master turf sitting area for Ceremony

  • 1,475 sf open indoor space

    • Tables and Chairs for up too 75 guest, option up to 120 guest

  • Catering Prep Kitchen for Licensed Insured Caterers

  • Access to Private 12-acre property with walking trail around the 3 acre pond

  • Firepit for gatherings

    • $15 per bundle of wood, or bring your own

  • Fountain with choice of color for the evening (after sundown)

  • Two tree swings for beautiful photos

  • Paddle Boards, Kayak, and outdoor games

  • Onsite Photo Session Before your Big Day with your photographer

Peak Season Months

April – June | September – December

Our most sought-after months, offering ideal weather and peak availability.

  • Friday Nights: $8,000

  • Saturday Afternoons: $6000

  • Saturday Nights: $12,000

  • Full Saturday: $15,000

  • Sunday Afternoons: $4,000

  • Sunday Evenings: $6000

  • $750 for extra hours for weekend rates

  • Monday to Thursday: $500 an hour (minimum 4 hours)

Off Season

January | February | March | July | August

  • Friday Nights: $6,000

  • Saturday Afternoons: $5000

  • Saturday Nights: $10,000

  • Full Saturday: $12,500

  • Sunday: $5,000

  • $500 for extra hours for weekend Rates

  • Monday to Thursday: $300 an hour (minimum 4 hours)

Holidays: 

Includes: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day

  • Holiday Daytime- $7500 (before 4:00)

  • Saturday: $14,000- (Event must starts after 5pm)

Other Holidays: 

Includes: Memorial Day, Labor Day, Halloween, MLK Day, Valentines Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter Sunday, Mother's Day, Independence Day, Father's Day, Juneteenth, Cinco de Mayo​

  • Holiday Daytime- $5000 (before 4:00)

  • Saturday: $12,000- (Event must starts after 5pm)

  • Pricing is based on day of the week and season

  • Pricing Ajust as the venue nears completion

  • Pricing is not Guaranteed Until you sign a contract

RESERVATION & PAYMENT

To reserve your date, a non-refundable retainer of 25% is required at booking.

Pricing is not Guaranteed Until you have a contract

Payment Schedule

  • 25% due at booking (secures your date)

  • 50% due 6 months prior to event

  • Remaining 25% balance due 30 days prior to event

Venue Guidelines

To preserve the beauty and safety of Bloom at Dobys Pond, the following are not permitted:

  • Confetti, glitter, or loose décor

  • Helium balloons

  • Open flames (unless approved)

  • Items attached to structures or trees

  • Throw items (rice, petals, etc.)

  • Unlicensed alcohol service

  • Fireworks or drones without approval

  • Feeding of ducks, chickens, or wildlife (including the blue heron), except with approved feed provided by Bloom

  • Additional guidelines will be provided upon booking.
