2026 Founding Season
Pricing Opening July 2026

Rental Rates
*Pricing Includes:
  • Waterfront Cocktail Hour / ceremony deck

  • 50 x 30 Master turf sitting area for Ceremony

  • Clear-sides Dinner / reception tent

  • Barn access with (2) restrooms and changing space

  • Refrigerator and Freezer for day of event

  • Access to Private 12-acre property with walking trail around the 3 acre pond

  • Firepit for gatherings of 30 guest

    • $15 per bundle of wood, or bring your own

  • Fountain with choice of color for the evening

  • large outdoor screen TV's for presentations, recreation and outdoor viewing. 

  • Two tree swings for beautiful photos

  • Paddle Boards, Kayak, and outdoor games

opening Summer Specials- Property Rental

** June, 2026 to September 2026 **

  • Weekday Daytime Events (Monday – Thursday)

    • $150 per hour, minimum 4 hours (June through September SPECIAL RATE)

    • Event End Time: 4:00 PM

  • Weekday Night Events (Monday – Thursday)

    • $200 per hour, minimum 4 hours (June through September SPECIAL RATE)

    • Start Time 5:oo PM - Event End Time: 10:00 PM

  • Friday Evening Events

    • $3500, 4 hours, 

    • Event Start Time 6:00 PM - Latest End Time: 11:00 PM

    • Event Duration: Up to 4 Hours ($500 each additional hour)

  • Saturday Evening Events

    • $5000,, 3 hours, (plus an hour for set up, and an hour for cleanup)

    • Event Start Time 6:00 PM - Latest End Time: 11:00 PM

    • Event Duration: Up to 4 Hours ($500 each additional hour)

  • Sunday Afternoon Events and Family Football

    • $1000, 4 hours

    • Event Start Time early as 10:00 a.m. - Latest End Time: 4:00 PM, no later

    • $500 for Each additional Hour

  • Sunday Evenings Events, 

    • $1500, 4 hours

    • Event End Time: 10:00 PM

    • Event Duration: Up to 4 Hours ($300 each additional hour)

 

Rental Rates Other things To Know 2026

  • 30' x 70' White Pole Tent with Window Sidewalls (up to 100 guests)

  • Tables & Chairs for up to 75 Guests

  • 18 foot Bloom Fountain, your choice of color for the evening

  • Additional guest:

    • 75 to 120 ($1500)

    • 120-150 ($3,000)
      Includes: bathroom trailer to accommodate additional guests, extra Tables and chairs.

October, 2026 to November 2026

  • Weekday Events (Monday – Thursday)

    • $1800

    • Event End Time: 10:00 PM

    • Event Duration: Up to 4 Hours

  • Friday Evening Events

    • $5000 (June through September SPECIAL RATE)

    • Event End Time: 11:00 PM

    • Event Duration: Up to 4 Hours (plus one hour vendor setup included)

  • Saturday Evening Events

    • $7500  (June through September SPECIAL RATE)

    • Event End Time: 11:00 PM​

    • Event Duration: Up to 4 Hours (plus one hour vendor setup included)

  • Sunday Afternoon Events and Family Football

    • $2,000 Early at 11:00 a.m. start, conclude at 4pm 

    • ​A relaxed and beautiful option for Birthdays, showers, and family gatherings, or a good day of FootBall! (Large TV's available)

    • Event Duration: Up to 5 Hours

  • Sunday Evening Events, Start at 6pm to 10pm

    • $2500 ​

    • Event End Time: 10:00 PM

    • Event Duration: Up to 4 Hours

Important Rental Details

  • All events are limited to a maximum of 4 hours except Sunday afternoons ($500 additional Hours)

  • All Friday and Saturday events must conclude by 11:00 PM

  • All weekday and Sunday events must conclude by 10:00 PM

  • Setup and breakdown times will be scheduled in advance

  • Additional rentals and upgrades available upon request

What is not included in your rental rate

  • Table Linens (However, available are 5 foot rounds or 6 foot rectangle Tables) 

  • Decorations (no confetti, no "helium" balloons) Balloon arches are very welcome

  • Food, Catering (Caterer must be insured or reputable restaurant)

Venue Guidelines

To preserve the beauty and safety of Bloom at Dobys Pond, the following are not permitted:

  • Confetti, glitter, or loose décor

  • Helium balloons

  • Open flames (unless approved)

  • Items attached to structures or trees

  • Throw items (rice, petals, etc.)

  • Unlicensed alcohol service (Please inquire for details)

  • Fireworks or drones without approval

  • Feeding of ducks, chickens, or wildlife (including the blue heron), except with approved feed provided by Bloom

Additional guidelines will be provided upon booking.

**preferred vendors

must be a qualified business and insured, documentation and qualifications will be required. Vendors must be presented 60 days before the event if we are not familiar with them as a caterer or Bartending service. 

**ALCOHOL / Beer and Wine

Bloom at Dobys Pond permits outside alcohol for private events. All alcohol service must be provided by a licensed and insured bartending service in accordance with South Carolina laws. (Please inquire to discuss details)

Hosts are responsible for coordinating alcohol service with an approved vendor.
