Peak Season 2027

April – June | September – November

Our most sought-after months, offering ideal weather and peak availability.

  • Friday: $8,000

  • Saturday: $12,000

  • Sunday: $6,000

Mid Season 2027

March | July | August

  • Friday: $6,000

  • Saturday: $10,000

  • Sunday: $5,000

Off Season 2027

December

  • Friday: $6,000

  • Saturday: $10,000

  • Sunday: $4,000

Important Notes

  • Pricing is based on day of the week and season

  • A limited number of 2027 dates are being released

  • Pricing may adjust as the venue nears completion

RESERVATION & PAYMENT

To reserve your date, a non-refundable retainer of 25% is required at booking.

Payment Schedule

  • 25% due at booking (secures your date)

  • 50% due 6 months prior to event

  • Remaining 25% balance due 30 days prior to event

LIMITED 2027 AVAILABILITY

We are releasing a limited number of 2027 wedding dates as construction progresses.

Early couples will have:

  • Priority access to peak season dates

  • Locked-in introductory pricing

  • First opportunity to experience Bloom’s full venue debut

Prime Saturdays will fill quickly.

Venue Guidelines

To preserve the beauty and safety of Bloom at Dobys Pond, the following are not permitted:

  • Confetti, glitter, or loose décor

  • Helium balloons

  • Open flames (unless approved)

  • Items attached to structures or trees

  • Throw items (rice, petals, etc.)

  • Unlicensed alcohol service

  • Fireworks or drones without approval

  • Feeding of ducks, chickens, or wildlife (including the blue heron), except with approved feed provided by Bloom

  • Additional guidelines will be provided upon booking.
